Dollywood's Grist Mill was built in 1982, the first fully operational grist mill built in the state of Tennessee in more than 100 years. One of only a select few working mills in the state of Tennessee, come watch our crafters grind yellow corn, white corn, and popcorn into grits and cornmeal.
